There’s Nassau, then there’s this.
On the South West side of the island, past the traffic and the big lobbies, Nassau gets its breath back. Sea grape. Old palms. A beach you can walk to barefoot before coffee.
We’re creating a small collection of private cottages for travelers who prefer the quieter side of the island. The first villa welcomes guests beginning Summer 2027. More places to stay are planned for 2028 and beyond.

- Your own electric Moke. Every stay includes an open-air Moke for exploring the quieter side of Nassau.
- Good things to eat. Prepared meals, provisions, and catering are available throughout your stay.
- Work, if you must. Strong Wi-Fi, a quiet desk, and a view worth taking breaks for.
- Nothing overdone. Thoughtful comforts, local recommendations, and room to exhale.

Are dogs welcome?
Yes, dogs are welcome. Final pet restrictions, travel requirements, and any applicable fees will be shared before a stay is confirmed.
What about meals and provisions?
Prepared meals, provisions, and catering can be arranged throughout your stay.
Do I need to rent a car?
Your own electric Moke is included for local exploring. We’ll share transportation guidance as the opening details are finalized.
